Nadia Bukar, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Nadia is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Graduate from UC San Francisco and clinically trained at UC San Diego PMHNP Training Program.
In addition to her background in academic and biotech research, she has seamlessly transitioned into various psychiatric nursing roles in emergency, outpatient, intensive outpatient, and inpatient settings. Her empathetic approach to care is rooted in evidence-based practices, expertly blending previously honed skills in research and knowledge in complementary therapy to champion the principles of integrative and holistic health.
Nadia’s specialization lies in treating depression, anxiety, trauma, bipolar, ADHD, substance use, and psychosis, primarily catering to the adult and geriatric population.
Nadia’s aim is to guide you towards symptom remission so you may live your optimal state of well-being. It’s an honor for her to be a part of your journey towards wellness and recovery.
Sarah Pai, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Sarah is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and received her bachelors and master’s degrees from University of Michigan – Ann Arbor.
Sarah has over 10 years experience working as a nurse practitioner in psychiatry and has broad experience working in general adult psychiatry. She has special interest treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, maternal mental health, women’s issues, trauma, and ADHD.
Sarah brings a relational psychotherapeutic style to her medication management practice, embodying a warm, curious, and accepting approach to treating her patients. In addition, Sarah is an firm believer in creativity and the arts as a modality for growth and healing.
Prior to working in private practice, Sarah has held various of clinical, educational, and leadership roles including Deputy Director of the UCSD PMHNP Training Program. Additionally she has been recognized by patients and colleagues for excellence in clinical practice and mentorship.
